Mindful at Work
A 60-minute fun and interactive in-person session where participants learn how to establish a meditation practice by sampling many different forms. Learn tools to reduce stress in real-time, regulate your nervous system and increase your focus/attention. Participants experience mindfulness, mantra, meditation and manifesting exercises.
