Calm Coaching: One-on-one

 

With Calm Coaching, you will learn the foundation of mental wellbeing, stress management, resilience, meditation and mindfulness skills. You will learn how to establish a meditation practice and explore a deeper, more present relationship with the world around you. Learn how to regulate your nervous system through breathwork, mindset and meditation and more. 

  • Zoom-based (can also be done in-person in Boulder County, CO)

  • 4, 25 minute sessions

Calm Coaching @ Work

 

With Meditation & Mindfulness Coaching, participants learn how to establish a meditation practice, cultivate compassion, awareness, presence, and learn tools to reduce stress in real-time.

  • Package of 4 Sessions (50 min): $1,599
  • Single Session (50 min): $500
