Meet Dana Wisniewski, MS, CMI

Having worked for two decades designing and implementing employee wellbeing programs for organizations of all sizes throughout the U.S., Dana's finely attuned to creating engaging programs and effectively coaching clients to reduce stress, increase joy and meaning, improve overall mental/emotional wellbeing and awaken their authentic selves. She brings a fresh perspective to mental wellbeing and stress reduction.

She's a certified mindfulness meditation instructor (CMI) having undergone over 100 hours of in-depth training through MNDFL.  Dana's worked with Motorola, Children's Hospital of WI, City of Boulder, Jefferson County Public Schools, Imagine! as well as executives, parents, and school-aged children. She's authored 3 books and hosts a podcast called Awakening Wild, which has been download in 44 different countries on 6 continents, featuring her signature guided meditations & real-time stress management tools.
