Meet Dana Wisniewski, MS, CMI

 

Dana is a certified meditation teacher, mindfulness coach + facilitator, author, podcast host, copywriter + digital designer, and corporate wellbeing professional, working extensively in corporate/employee wellness for the past 20 years, designing and implementing employee wellness programs throughout the U.S. 

​

Dana has completed numerous meditation trainings over the last 25 years, having first taking a college class on Stress Reduction Techniques and Meditation Training at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2000. Additionally, she's completed a meditation teacher training certification with Anchor Meditation in San Francisco. She's also completed trainings with Ziva Meditation and has attended meditation retreats with the Shambhala Center (Red Feather Lakes, CO).

 

She completed an in-depth 75-hour mindfulness instructor training with the prestigious MNDFL (New York) - one of the country's leading mindfulness and meditation organizations, including in-depth training with neuroscientists and neurosurgeons. â€‹â€‹

From designing integrative wellness programs for 12,000 employees at Colorado's largest school district for five years, to leading intimate small group meditation and mindfulness classes, she's gained a wide array of wellness experience over the past two decades.

​

Dana is a born and raised Wisconsin girl, who now calls Colorado home along with her husband and two boys. She first learned to meditate in the 5th grade, which was rather unique for a small town Midwestern girl growing up in the '80s. But that's another story. 

 

Off the cushion, you will find her playing with her kids, drinking cold brew, hiking, and mountain biking along the front range of Colorado.
